The approved policy, certificate, contract, waiver, service agreement, disclosures, and related program documents control.
4. CPI participation and financial statements
Dealer CPI participation is available only to eligible dealers under an approved program. Positive net program results depend on actual written premium, claims, reserves, expenses, cancellations, refunds, program terms, and timing. Profits, savings, rates, distributions, and future performance are not guaranteed. Dealer-owned reinsurance is a separate structure with different ownership, capital, tax, compliance, and risk considerations.
5. Business inquiry rules
You represent that you are authorized to submit information for the organization identified in your inquiry and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Use business-level ranges or an aggregated, de-identified portfolio summary only.
Before using the optional upload, remove borrower names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, contact details, account numbers, VINs, policy data, payment data, credit information, and other nonpublic consumer information.
