1. Scope
This policy applies to autocapitalprotection.com and the business inquiries submitted through it. It does not replace the privacy notices, contracts, or legal obligations of an insurer, administrator, lender, dealer, program partner, or other third party.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. Our CPI program-review form may request your name, company or dealership, business email, phone number, organization type, active-account range, operating states, current approach, business goals, preferred response method, notes, and an optional de-identified portfolio summary.
Technical information. Website hosting, security, and form providers may process information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, and security or diagnostic records needed to deliver and protect the service.
Any optional portfolio summary must contain aggregated, de-identified business data only. Remove borrower names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, contact details, account numbers, VINs, policy data, credit information, and payment data before uploading.
3. How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry and prepare a focused CPI or portfolio-protection conversation.
- Evaluate general program fit, dealer or lender needs, requested products, and appropriate next steps.
- Schedule follow-up, provide requested materials, and maintain business communications.
- Operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website and inquiry process.
- Meet legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, and compliance obligations.
4. Service providers and program partners
We use service providers to host, secure, manage, and support the website and its forms. The inquiry form is provided by Jotform; its handling of form-responder information is described in the Jotform Privacy Policy.
When reasonably necessary to evaluate or respond to your request, business inquiry information may be shared with relevant insurers, agencies, administrators, technology providers, service providers, or other program partners. Program-specific data sharing is governed by the applicable agreements, roles, and law.
5. Retention and security
We retain business inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable obligations. We use HTTPS and administrative, technical, and service-provider controls intended to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete business inquiry information, or ask us to stop non-essential follow-up, by emailing contactautocap@gmail.com. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may retain information where required or permitted.
